What Do We Guarantee?

We guarantee that pests will not reappear. This includes ants and roaches, which we know are particularly hard to get rid of. This guarantee, though, requires that you stay up to date on your preventive visits.

If you don't stay up to date, then ants and roaches likely will come back. If this is the case, we can provide you with same day service to get rid of the immediate problem.

We do also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if we come by and there are still roaches, call us! We will come back to work out what we missed and where they might be coming from.

We do not, however, guarantee that pests will not come back ever after a single treatment. Unfortunately, pest control is an ongoing thing that should be part of your home's routine maintenance. But we do offer quick response to any call for our help.

How Do We Provide This Guarantee?

It's simple. If you have pests and are on our plan, then call us and we will come back and do what has to be done to get them to go away again. We will not charge extra for these visits. Our regular service agreements include this guarantee and also offer a discount over ad hoc visits.

How Can You Help Us?

You can help reduce the need for future visits by taking simple preventive measures. The most important thing you can do is store food correctly. Pests come into your home looking for food and shelter, and if there is no food they are less likely to stay. This includes pet food, so be wary of leaving catfood out all the time. Don't leave it out overnight. Kitchen garbage should be put in a covered trash can and emptied regularly.

Also fix your leaky plumbing and close off any places pests can hide, such as cracks around cabinets or spaces around pipes.

We can give you specific tips for how to help us guarantee that pests won't return to your home as part of our first visit, taking into account your home's layout, furniture, whether or not you have children or pets, etc.
