I don't usually submit reviews but I had to thank protective pest control employee Bobo,  He is one of the few people you find today who really does his job like a professional. We had crazy ants outside of our house that kept moving from one spot to spot, He came to our house and took the time and didn't give up until he found the colony. Thanks to Bobo we are now ant free and happy that protective pest has such a quality employee.

We have been using Protective Pest control for a few years and always found them to be responsive and good. Today we had our monthly service and had Tristin as the technician (not our normal technician). Tristin went above and beyond anything expected. Tristin cleaned off cobwebs on the patio screen (which is too high for either my husband or I to reach with any gadget we have). He sprayed everywhere outside, including around all the windows.  I have never seen any other technician be so thorough.  I am beyond delighted with their service.  In addition, whenever you call Protective Pest Control, they are always very polite and handle things wonderfully whether it is for routine maintenance or an issue (which is rare to have).

We have been using Protective Pest Control for 10 years. 3 places were for Rentals and then we purchased our own home 5 years ago. We have had different needs. The rentals there were bugs and such but no yard spray needed nor was any preventative care was needed. But, in our own CBS home after we moved in we found that there had been termites up in the attic and behind the walls in the shower. WE had it treated for termites (we were not sure when the termites had done the damage as there were not any live ones). But we contracted a yearly service for them to keep our home safe from termites and they treat our home bi-monthly or as needed throughout the year. Our tech Tom is the BEST!
